Assam is a state in the North-eastern part of India situated in the south of the eastern Himalayas along with the Brahmaputra and Barak valleys.Assam is mostly known for its Tea, Silk, One-horned Rhino, etc. It is the main site for oil boring in entire Asia. Assam has five national parks and eighteen (18) Wildlife Sanctuaries, Assam has very rich cultures and festivals to celebrate. The main festival of Assam is Bihu.
