PAYMENT POLICY:
- Booking to be confirmed only after getting the token amount of *₹8000.00* by cash / fund transfer *(Nonrefundable & nonadjustable for cancellation) * & remaining full payment will have to be paid by cash / fund transfer in advance on or before starting the tour.
- 2)Payment has to be made in advance and must be paid & as per time limit given at the time of confirmation, 30% as booking amount and full payment before departure.

REFUND RULES:
Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.
** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Email.
From Date of booking –
- 30 days only communication charges of Rs 1000.00
- 30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
- 14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
- 07- 00 Days prior to departure 100% of tour cost
Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges? It will however depend on occupancy rate and hotel policy at time of booking. If the tour is cancelled due to Covid restrictions / lockdowns, the tour must be rescheduling (other times). Adjustments will be made in advance on any subsequent tour (according to calculations).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Quotation rates are valid for this day only.
- The rates quote is on the basis of the hotels that are situated in the main city or places suitable to the clients.

- Guests are requested to carry original copy of any Address proof (Except Pan Card / Aadhar Card) i.e. Passport / Driving License / Voter ID along with 4 copy passport size photographs during their time of travel.
- North Sikkim / Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir / Nathula Pass permits are subject to availability. If permits once issued those are nonrefundable. For any reason i.e. Strikes, Political Closures, War Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity, Landslide, Accident, Weather, Sickness or any other unforeseen calamities if the guest are unable to visit these places, then the amount will be non-refundable.
- If by Strikes, Political Closures, War Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity, Landslide, Non-permit, Flight / Train Cancellations, Accident, Breakdown, Weather, Sickness or any other unforeseen calamities, car will go by different route for which the guest will have to pay the extra money.
- Cab for transfers & sightseeing only. It will be available to guest as per route mentioned in the itinerary only and not for personal use of the guest.
- We are not responsible in any way if any sightseeing points is closed due to epidemic situation or covid guidelines.
- If any sightseeing point doesn’t complete which falls on closing day or due to epidemic situation & if guests want to do the same on the next day then they have to pay the extra cost.
- AC will not work in hill areas / stopped / parked cars.
- Cabs are not on hold; It subject to availability only at the time of booking confirmation.
- Rates are valid for Indian nationals only.
- In Peak Season Time Booking i.e. Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas & New Year 100% Cancellation 30 Days prior to Tour.

Itinerary
Meet Point: Guwahati Railway Station Time: 5 hrs (train journey) + 3 hrs transfer to Kohima
On time arrival at Guwahati Railway Station, where our representative will meet and greet you. We will board the train to Dimapur from the Guwahati Railway Station. On arrival at the Dimapur Railway Station our taxi service provider will be waiting for us. From Dimapur we will head towards Kohima. Check in at the homestay. Evening is at leisure. Overnight stay in Kohima.
Pickup: Homestay
Distance: 60 kms
Time: 5-6 hours apx.
Today after breakfast at the homestay we will head towards Khonoma – India’s first Green village. Once known for its aggressive hunting practices, the village now have transformed itself to sustainable and green practices by excluding cutting down of trees, unsustainable use of resources and hunting. From then we will move forward for a local sightseeing of Kohima (Kohima War Cemetery, Nagaland State Museum, Kohima View Point and the Kohima Church). After lunch we will proceed towards the Hornbill Festival hosting site i.e. Kisama Heritage Village. Spend your evening witnessing folk songs, dances and tasting some local cuisines. Overnight stay in the campsite near the Naga Heritage Village.

For 2 days engage yourself in the most vibrant and the longest festival of the country – Hornbill Festival. Organized by the State Tourism and Art & Culture Departments, Hornbill Festival showcases a range of cultural displays under one roof. This festival usually takes place between 1st to 10th of December every year in Kohima. The Music festival and Rock Contests is now held in nearby Dimapur.
Hornbill festival is held in Naga Heritage Village, Kisama. All the tribes of Nagaland take part in the festival. The aim of the festival is to revive and protect the rich culture of the Nagas and display its extravaganza and traditions. The festival is named after the Hornbill, the globally respected bird which is displayed in folklore in most of the state’s tribes.
The week-long festival unites one and all in Nagaland and people enjoy the colorful performances, crafts, sports, food fairs, games and ceremonies. Traditional arts which include paintings, wood cravings and sculptures are also in display. Festival highlights include Traditional Naga Morung Exhibitions, and sale of Arts& Crafts, Food stalls, Herbal Medicine Stalls, Flower Shows, Cultural Medley, Fashion Shows, Beauty Contests, Traditional Archery, Naga Wrestling, Indigenous Games and Musical Concert.

In the morning after breakfast we will bid goodbye to our hosts in Naga Heritage Village and start our return journey. On the way we will visit the Zakhama Village. Inhabited by the Angami tribe, this is the second largest village in Southern Angami region. It enjoys a natural setting as it is surrounded by the beautiful hills of the Dzukou valley. Zakhama village is the ideal place to be when you want to learn more about the way of life of the Naga people.
Later head back to Dimapur where we will wait for our return train in the A/C waiting room. Later board the train for Guwahati. On reaching Guwahati we will bid goodbye and end our services. Thank you for Travel Northeast.
